It was good, but there was power issues between co workers
Customer service was hard, I got yelled at at least once a day for something that wasn't my fault
Suggestions for improvement
- Clear roles for everyone and make sure everyone understands. Not having every employee be involved in every department.
What I like about the company
Everybody there was so nice and willingly to help when I needed it.
What I dislike about the company
Training on how to handle customers that were rude wasn't there. Power struggle between co workers and not being recognized for all the hard work I did to help the service department.
