We are not paid enough for the jobs we performe.
Suggestions for improvement
- Treat your employees better, offer incentives for to booste moral, Give raises and promotions based on experience and not favoritism.
What I like about the company
Employee Room Links; but we have to beg to get those.
What I dislike about the company
Employees do not receive adequate pay, no holiday pay, no time and a half pay, no shift differential pay, no health insurance, no pay raise. Management doesn't look out for their employees.
