Support from management

Training terrible, supervisor not available, unpleasant work area employees unhappy with supervisors constant complaints.

  • Need more diversity of employees out of say 20 acct mgrs 2 were non white

Billing

Support from management

Upper management ( supervisor in billing department ) as well as other billing employees excluding (you will know who) spend way to much time sitting and standing around talking. I found it very difficult to concentrate on my work due to several of the other employees standing around and talking and laughing too much...

Suggestions for improvement

  • Upper management needs to pay attention to what lower management is doing way too much screwing around by supervisors etc. especially in billing and payables .

What I dislike about the company

They need to pay attention to upper management Employees socializing with some lower management employees yet reprimanding other peon employees for not getting the recommended amount of work done . Way too much talking going on which made it hard to concentrate on getting your recommended work done
