Suggestions for improvement
- If you hire what you believe to be competent people allow them to do their jobs. It has reached the point where while driving from site to site you will receive texts criticizing the route you have taken.
What I like about the company
At this point in time there are no positives. At one time I considered it to be the best job I've had.
What I dislike about the company
New owner and his minions treat employees as the enemy. This has led many long time employees such as myself to move on. It has gone from a company with virtually no turnover to one constantly seeking employees. Due to this the quality of employee has dropped dramatically.
