Suggestions for improvement
- The region managers should take more care of the people that really bring the money to the company. Usually they are unreachable and never give you a call back when you need them. Regional managers should be accountable for their team.
What I like about the company
At the beginning it seemed to be a great company to work for but the honeymoon ends quick.
What I dislike about the company
If you are not a veteran or former army person, your chances to survive are minimal. It doesn't matter if you are trustworthy or not, the top management prefer to believe the ex-military persons. The company said that everyone are on the same level since all are "company owners" but the truth is completely different. If you do not belong to the elite, you have no voice or any chances to survive.
