Many times you are told to do something, then change it, then change few more times, then one of the higher managers will wonder why timelines are not met.
Most employees are related so moving up is a moot point.
As stated elsewhere the management is mostly relatives.
Suggestions for improvement
- Managers need to monitor lower managers to determine where the bottle-necks of workflow are truly occurring.
