Support from Management
Leadership ignores I put and grievances of employees.
Training is minimal and poor. Company does not take seriously its obligations with regards to health of employees, particularly peer counselors.
Suggestions for improvement
- Many employees feel that there is a small self satisfied clique at headquarters that thinks it is resting on its laurels and thinks they are beyond criticism. As long as this is the case none of the serious problems described above will be remedied.
