The director talks down to people even though she doesn't have a college degree and neither do other managers in this company.
Support from Management
Leadership in this company are very dishonest and misleading. They cover up lies just to keep the company going.
The only team that sticks together is the ones telling the lies.
Level of Autonomy
The workload is never distributed evenly. The "managers" are allowed to take two hour lunches and sometimes longer and the director won't do anything about it.
