Suggestions for improvement
- New management that realizes employees have lives and families outside of work.
What I like about the company
Regular front-line staff are committed to those they serve.
What I dislike about the company
Management is completely unaware of the day-to-day functions of service providers, and little to no assistance is ever given. I was let go after four + years of sacrifice (as was one of my colleagues), we were both informed we "no longer fit the long-term business vision of the company." Then, they fought our unemployment every step of the way, lying and stating we were poor performers.
