Suggestions for improvement
- They need to start treating their employees with respect and give credit for loyalty and longevity. They need to focus on the office as a whole team, instead of spreading distrust and separation between workers. As a company they should be offering more advancement for their employees, which would make the workers strive to do their best.
What I like about the company
Close to my home.
What I dislike about the company
They do not promote within, they do not encourage growth from within. Disregard to employees who have been there for years, their dependability, or their comment to their work. No loyalty to their employees, or back up support given when needed. Allows management to write down false observations about staff without any written documentation, all based on hearsay and dislike for certain employees. Moral of the office is very low, and there seems to be no effort to change this.
