- Better pay and more security or locked door s for staff and patient safety
Don't go on maternity leave or you will loose your potential to promote, seen this happen to two woman in 7 years.
They help with tuition coat for yourself.
Pay and being its are good
Poor scheduling! Schedules come out in same week at times making childcare and school or second job a problem.
Ratios are definitely challenging and not fair, risking license at times, not worth the pay or outcomes!
