Suggestions for improvement
- Let it go under. During my time, the place could barely keep the lights on without funding from the city.
What I like about the company
It used to be a fun place to work and allowed me to gain invaluable experience in the beginning.
What I dislike about the company
High-turnover, unstable/petty leadership, vindictive management mentality that lead to numerous firings, reduction of non-profit perks, poor pay for worker bees, excessive executive director pay, 50-60 hour work weeks (have to work it despite them officially saying it is not required), taking on projects were pay (and thus time) is not adequate for the work required (hence having to work overtime).
