Attitude towards older colleagues
I believe they valued experience.
Suggestions for improvement
- Good communication with corporate was lacking. Most communications were in the form of email and consisted of self promotion, census edicts and supposed training fluff.
I like about the employer
Obviously, they valued experience. Many employees possessed good experience.
I dislike about the employer
The culture was deceptive. Good Healthcare for senior residents was their mission. However, the bottom line was paramount and some serious issues relating to operations and care were not addressed timely or appropriately.
