Support from management
Communication with management was non existent. In the two years I worked for compass tech, I had three meetings with my manager and they were all in the first month of my employment. When I found another position (I was a contractor and found a perm psoition) there was no communication or exit interview. I had to contact them to confirm they knew I was leaving
There was absolutely no communication, other than mass emails when a policy changes. There was no feedback or inquiry on how I was doing on my assignement. Questions regarding benefits and other items often went unanswered causing me to have to constantly call them asking the questions.
