Suggestions for improvement
- Hire upper management that has some sense of what the employees actually do, advancement from within, hire more workers instead of "another analyst", stop using click metrics in a service industry company.
What I like about the company
Pays decent, onsite gym with locker room
What I dislike about the company
The executive side and the operations side are completely out of touch. There is no uniformity at all between departments. Every day you feel like you could be obsolete and be forced from your job.
