Suggestions for improvement
- All new management with a focus on training them on being a "human" company. What I mean by that is become a company that understands that by investing in their employees the will end up with higher profit margins, lower turnover rates, high employees satisfaction ratings, as well as employees who are more loyal and willing to work hard for their employer and go that extra step. Employees who ate willing to go that extra step are employees who are invested in their job. That's who knows how to improve a company better than anyone, the employees, but those employees need a reason to want to improve their company.
I like about the employer
I love the type of work involved. The fast paced environment really made the work shift fly by. I liked the fact that the company consisted of five different connected buildings, so there was room to grow in the company and learn new positions.
