Management needs more education in managing.
One office works as a cohesive team, the other two offices unfortunatly, do not.
Freedom to work independently
Those in charge of work distrubution need to work in the postion in order to get a feel for what can and cannot be accomplished in a given circumstance.
There is an overwhelming climate of secrecy and compartmentalization, makes completing a workday difficult.
This question is not applicable, the only men in this OB/GYN office are two of the doctors, the staff is are all women.

Overall compensation for your work
My spouse says he thinks at my postion, and length of service has topped out my wages. Benefits are offered at CWC. There have been no experiences with bounced paychecks.
Office / Work Environment
Although machinery is in the process of being upgraded, the interim is difficult.
The company is socially aware of it surroundings, but not always its individual employees.
Some employees have had to argue to get the days off they want or need. Other employees call in and are not reprimanded for them.
During our changeover from paper to EMR, there was a question of job elimination, but that is no longer the case.
The building is grandfathered as is with no plans to accomodate disabilities.
The company is OSHA compliant
This employee enjoys her job immensely. The job is a good fit for her, but there is no room for advancement.

Innovation is wasted here.
Suggestions for improvement
- The owner needs to take a business management class. All employees need to take similar classes to make themselves more proficient in their jobs. Owners and employees need a sense of the 'big picture' so goals can be presented properly.
What I like about the company
My employment has lasted over 20 years. The hours worked has increased over the years from 15 hours to over 40 at times. My hours during the day are adjustable.
What I dislike about the company
Before a change can be accepted and learned, it changes again. Secrets are unacceptable, for a smooth running company.
