- Employees given more freedom to complete their work independently
Great retirement and insurance benefits. Salary is good.
The abyss that lies between employees and management. They preach an "open door" policy, but it is frowned upon for an employee to talk to upper management directly. When you speak with a direct supervisor you are shut down and your idea never goes any further.
Throwing your fellow employees under the bus is encouraged
Some members of leadership have no idea what they are doing. Input other than yes sir is discouraged.
They talk about teamwork all the time, but there is none. Employees in some departments not only carry tales about their fellow employees, but are encouraged to by their director.
They only value younger more attractive employees.
