Support from management
There is very little leadership support. Employees opinion doesn't matter.
Office / Work Environment
Many departments need to get up to date with current technology/computer programs. It also takes a very long time to get maintenance orders taken care of.
I feel proud of my accomplishments because of my focus on the children of the district.
Suggestions for improvement
- Both management and staff need to be held accountable, need equal and fair treatment, need better wages and better medical benefits. Many have 2 jobs in order to afford medical insurance. Staff feel intimidated if you voice a concern.
What I like about the company
The whole district is closed for all holidays. Very generous.
What I dislike about the company
Very political, lack of leadership skills, unfair practices, low employee morale, lack of accountability, employees do not have a voice, etc, etc..
