With lacking leadership that specializes in lack of direction; this company is in a downward spiral with severed relationships with many employees. This starts with failing work conditions. Constant breakdowns in planning, execution, management, sales, customer care and money owed to everyone. A family-owned business that is centered around a father-son setup who align everything in their favor.
Team work involves techs working to resolve problems. Although the company continues to lose accounts, the ownership does not promote and there is zero opportunity for advancements. Sales teams draw on salaries and take their larger deals elsewhere. Expect that what you are promised when you are hired is not what actually happens. Expect to be paid late, shorted and often not even have capital to buy what it is that is sold.
Communication works in 1 direction. Continued lack of interest in developing new accounts while existing customers deal with dysfunctional billing, used parts, and a crumbling base of customers bringing down revenue.
Forget about it! Any person with an education can find quickly after they are hired that 'benefits' are not evident. Do not expect your career to go farther than it did at your previous employment. Expect that negatives will outweigh any of your expectations and you will join a long line of employees that hit the door.
Office / Work Environment
This place is disgusting, cleaning this facility is last priorty.
A visit to the facility speaks for itself. Compared to other company's presentation, this one does not measure up. Leaking roof, aged website, disgusting bathroom facilities, cluttered atmosphere with little to no inventory of parts. This speaks to the ability to attract and retain quality talent to join the team long-term.
Suggestions for improvement
- There is no improvement. The state of the company will remain with increasing debt and failing growth.
What I dislike about the company
signs are everywhere of failing financial management. Expect that everything is behind, utilities, accounts with vendors and every company they do business with. If they can short you, owe you or get more out of you for less; they will do so at every turn.
