How would we describe the company culture?

62fe168562b6a622fe84.jpg

CompuCom associates are the heart and soul of our company and the value we deliver to clients. We refer to our people as associates rather than employees, because that better reflects our partnering mentality and our culture of respect for the individual.

What else should applicants know about us?

CompuCom Cares sponsors philanthropic organizations and events while also encouraging and recognizing associates' participation in volunteerism. The program's success depends entirely on the efforts of our associates. It's a company-wide initiative, and we urge everyone to take part.

Many CompuCom associates already volunteer their time with local charitable organizations. CompuCom Cares honors this contribution by encouraging associates to dedicate eight hours of work-time each calendar year to volunteer for the cause of their choice. It's something we call My Care Day.
