Suggestions for improvement
- Concentrate on your customers and employees, stop worrying about your profit margin at the cost to them.
The company does promote diversity, however, the corporate training doesn't not exist. Management are not trained properly and the company does not reward it's employee's. Company only gave a raise once in 7 years of 1%
Laid back work enviroment
The pay was below industry standards. The company had a freeze on raises for 7 years. Management wasn't trained properly. employee's that left the company wasn't replaced and the work load on the remaining employee's was to much. Company was untruthful to the customer about how many people was working their platform which was in violation for the Service Level agreement with the customer and would ask the employee to go along with it.
