Suggestions for improvement
- CompuCom would benefit from promoting and rewarding hard working staff consistently. While they do have a bonus structure for management, many frontline managers are at the mercy of the account management team that may not completely understand all the client nuances.
I like about the employer
I do appreciate the ability to work remotely.
I dislike about the employer
Many CompuCom employees are overworked and underpaid for their services. Poor account sizing and staffing as well happen all too often because account executives don't actively seek or listen to those working directly with the client.
Annual performance reviews, even when someone has excelled in their areas, do not receive pay increases.
