Suggestions for improvement
- Give your employees a voice and a sounding board. Happy employees translate to happy customers. Compucom excelled at upsetting customer and employees the last 4 years I worked there. I got out of there as soon as I was able to. Company management doesn't have a clue how to communicate with employees. Company leadership is lacking at best and needs a complete overall.
I like about the employer
When I started I had defined hours (mon-fri, 9-5) and a competitive wage with good benefits.
