Great Holiday benefits and co-workers, but management is in the dark ages. They do not want to make changes or address the concerns of their employees. They expect hard working employees to compensate for those who are too old to keep up with the work load and unable to do their jobs in a timely manner.
Co- workers work well together but are disgusted with the lack of support form management, especially supervisors who come to work to do personal business 85% on a daily basis and are emotionally unstable.
Older employees who are unable to keep up with the work load are babied while the younger employees are expected to work harder and many hours of mandatory OT to compensate for the inadequacy of the older employees. Gender equality to the point that females are expected to lift 70# or more without any excuses. The lighting is extremely poor, to the point that you are unable to see stock numbers on parts. The 2400 building (addition stock room) has no sprinkler system in case of fire, water leaking down the walls to the point that the floor is covered in water and mold is growing on the walls. I do believe these are OSHA violations!!! These conditions have been like this for years. You are in this building by yourself with no spotter or safety harness while climbing on tall step ladders. If you would get hurt, you would lye there for hours or even the entire day until management would realize there was a problem.
