Suggestions for improvement
- Im not sure where to begin
Management is not concerned with their employees. The employees walk around looking like they have the life sucked out of them. Stockroom management is emotionally unstable and her job interferes with her personal business. Her head is not in the game. She is unable to make a decision to save her life, but she will certainly take all the credit for an idea or action that was not initiated by her. The Stockroom is like working in a prison. Between the Stockroom Supervisor and her immediate supervisor there is not autonomy, trust or freedom. Micromanagers to the MAX!!!!! which neither of them follow the rules themselves. Leadership is by example and the leadership example in the stockroom is poor.
Great Holiday benefits and co-workers, but management is in the dark ages. They do not want to make changes or address the concerns of their employees. They expect hard working employees to compensate for those who are too old to keep up with the work load and unable to do their jobs in a timely manner.
Co- workers work well together but are disgusted with the lack of support form management, especially supervisors who come to work to do personal business 85% on a daily basis and are emotionally unstable.
