Suggestions for improvement
- The company needs to get the compensation structure clearly defined if a role requires a high level of work, then the employee should be compensated when moved into that role.
What I like about the company
There were willing to hire new college graduates with little experience in the field.
What I dislike about the company
Once hired nothing changes, with career advancements to more demanding roles the company treats that as a lateral transfer for compensation.
