Suggestions for improvement
- Your employees are your number one asset, not the customer.
The culture at CSC is non-existent any longer.
Management doesnt understand what the Program Project teams do so they cannot support and take forever to make a decision.
Colleagues that are skilled in their positions are always ready to help.
Doing more with out any resources is the name of the game at this point in time. People are the only resource here and they suffer every time management decides they need to save money.
