I like about the employer
Short commute. Flexible work schedule.
I dislike about the employer
No room for growth. Favoritism. Micromanagement. Decreasing employee perks. Don't ask questions. Don't voice your opinion or your concerns. For a healthcare company, they reward employees with pizza and ice cream parties; management does not only enforce break times for everyone but allows smokers an average of 6-7 smoke breaks before noon...and accompanies them! The majority of patient calls we receive are from angry patients and 9 times out of 10 their anger is justified due to clinic errors or substandard medical treatment received. Pay rates do NOT compete in today's market- they keep you right at poverty level.
