Suggestions for improvement
- allow employees a little openness to embrace customers without following a guideline for what to say
We hear from management what an employee oriented company Concentrix is but in the meantime they keep decreasing benefits for their employees on what seems like an annual basis
Announcements about changes to benefits, etc made at last minute or even late. HR has take it or lump it attitude.
Learning center focused on call center skills. Not much else offered
