Leadership was never there help when they were needed, and often gave petty excuses to avoid work or helping employees. For example policy states that if asked for a supervisor you HAVE to transfer them, yet most supervisors will go to great length to avoid taking calls. Like telling asking us to give them other options, explain policy to them, or even at times to refer them to another supervisor.
They didn't even have a working Email for everyone. instead we had an intranet hub that was confusing to navigate and slow to update on news. communication about policy and product changes and information was always incredibly slow due to this.
