Suggestions for improvement
- Culture is great l wouldn't change anything
Fear and defensiveness drive nearly every decision.
New comers are actively blocked from doing the very work for which they are hired.
Teams and individuals are territorial and possessive.
No expectations to work toward and no feedback.
Argumentative and belittling.
It's an office.
They buy soda with plastic rings and most folks discard the rings without cutting them apart.
