Suggestions for improvement
- I have no improvements as of right now.
Though it still has a shade of its once glamorous past, the company continues to adopt policies that destroy that culture.
The corporation has policies designed to help employees achieve goals but in practice, management does whatever it wants with hr sign off, including abusive practices.
Again, mgmt claims to give autonomy and reward innovation but I saw many examples of abusive behavior towards employees by c suite execs rewarded by the corporation.
