No. It is all of who you know and how close you get with upper management to move up.
Support from management
Only a select few have great leadership skills.
Employees work well and depend on each other when there is no other support.
Freedom to work independently
There is not enough to balance workload at the job. It's either you're in it or not and it is unfair.
It has its moments but it depends on who you have as a supervisor, one say one thing and another sup would say something else.
As far as women and men being treated fairly, it is great as far as making sure women and men are treated fairly and equally.
It needs more training in every part of the company from agents having training huddles twice a month, upper management need training and get back on the phones as well to learn more of what's going on.
Overall compensation for your work
No. A raise would definitely be nice!
Office / Work Environment
No the computers are not up to date but the workplace is fine.
No because if and when it snow, they still demand you to come to work or it's a point or a write up.
No! It's no fairness when it comes to taking time off for persona reasons. You basically have to beg, borrow and get wrote up to have time off. God forbid if you're sick. You're on your own!
No. Everyone is searching for a new job.
No. You're scared to be sick or have a health problem or family emergency, you might not have a job when you get back.
At times it have it moments but it's not all the time.
Inclusive / Diverse
It's a fashion show with young people walking showing off what they wore to the club the night before.
Suggestions for improvement
- Give more hours of PTO, sick days and give us a raise!

Everything. Especially since it don't offer sick days or more hours PTO for hours off work to breathe from work and not jailed to work
