Overall, the organization is great. However, my supervisor was less involved and did not seem to care about employees.
What I like
The company has a wonderful wellness program and works hard to promote health and prevention of chronic diseases.
What I dislike
Supervisors should be trained better to work with people with disabling conditions or mental health issues. Supervisors should be more involved with their employees and provide constructive feedback and support.
Suggestions for improvement
I would encourage supervisors, even with employees in autonomous positions, to be more involved and have training on how to interact with all employees. I would encourage supervisors to share constructive feedback with employees and not wait until a situation is troublesome before bringing it up.
