Everything revolves around the dollar. If you work on internal stuff. You are not "billable", not being billable is a firing offense, even if the management directed you to work on internal stuff. FOR REAL.
Support from management
No support. You are exploited.
Teamwork consists of employees getting together and reminiscing about former, better jobs.
Communication consists of management telling you to be billable or else.
The company is divided into the rich partners and top salespeople and poor workers. No equality
If you want to develop, they can send you to some classes I guess.
Overall compensation for your work
Very expensive insurance. Benefits consist of a "bonus" plan. But the formula for the bonus changes monthly so that your bonus is as small as possible. The bonus formula is secret, they will not divulge it to you. One one very smart employee somehow found the bonus formula on the internal website and followed it from month to month - it changed a lot. Another employee calculated that based on the formula, your bonus would never be above $50.
Office / Work Environment
Stress is through the roof.
No job security. period.
There's a ramp for disabled people.
Somewhat challenging work, but if you want to grow, you do it on your own.
Inclusive / Diverse
Kind of diverse...
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
The fact that you are nothing in the eyes of the management. You are a tool that earns them money.
