Suggestions for improvement
- listen to the hourly paid workers, they know what they are doing
I did not feel a sense of accomplishment because the machines had electronic and mechanical issues that were never corrected so the machines didn't work the way they should. it made more work
the pay was good
They keep old problematic machines, which makes the job, at times impossible. They focus on all negativity in your job performance but do not correct problems that could change your performance for the better. They are not concerned about the employee's health and well being
Great facility. Good working conditions. Operations very well managed. Great opportunity to build my working experience.
Over managed. Engineering interns were treated more like operators than engineers, had to clock in and out at exactly the correct time. Helicopter manager always kept tabs on what we were doing. Not enough work, so I always had to look like I was doing something, but there was often nothing to do.
