Support from Management
One hand dosent know what the other had does. They have no one who is aware how to run a customer service organization. Thier training is poor and unorganized.
Suggestions for improvement
- Better upper management and more training.
What I like about the company
That the job was working from home. They did give some good benes but there was room for improvement
What I dislike about the company
That they made changes and did not provide adaquet training not did they inform you of what they expected from you.
