Suggestions for improvement
- Long term contractors should have some support more like FTEs have available, with monthly 1:1's, not things that are constantly cancelled. No different than FTEs, contractors need to be told if they are going to be renewed or not with a 30 day notice. Telling people with just a few days notice is just tacky.
What I like about the company
As a contractor, I am allowed to work remotely and compensated well.
What I dislike about the company
Management is changed frequently with little communication to the employees about the future of the company that causes fear, anxiety. There are more contractors now that have no HR support, job descriptions, or support in their roles. It can be a very, very chaotic environment.
