Suggestions for improvement
- In training management was rude and condescending. If you needed something you would have to look for them.
They gave anyone a chance to gain some general experience and work history...
Too many things to list here... main point of contention is the fact that this company is a use them and lose them type of place. It is structured around the fact that they only need agents for one time of the year (Oct-Dec), spending the rest of the time slowly firing everyone or driving them out, simply preparing to bring in a fresh crop for next high volume period. Management is a joke where you have to know or blow somebody for any sort of recognition... I mean that both figuratively or literally. And the service they provide to customers is either an insult to the industry leaders we serve or an insight on their preferential acceptance of the "bare minimum." I have never felt so much compassion towards the elderly as I did having to do my job the way they had it structured and seeing customers fall through the cracks with little regard from any responsible parties...
They live by every employee is replaceable.
Poor work condition
They change salary multiple times without information to employee
I liked the job
Not being informed on changes, poor working conditions, untrained supervisors, I was not given lunch breaks, then bathroom breaks were taken away, then our 15 min break taken......the worst experience of my life.
