I enjoyed working to help others live healthier/happier lives at this call center. I was able to learn by doing And helping new employees to do the same. They recently added 401k plans which helps this 40 hour work week. You start out this job as a full time employee during orientation for at least a month but you really learn everything once you get on the floor and begin working with clients. If your not sure about something ask a fellow employee.
Team meetings every month each week when possible.
