Suggestions for improvement
- change upper staff. they favor too many people . you need someone who will build structure and actually help the practice and not hurt it.
What I like about the company
working with the certain other medical assistants. if it were not for them i wouldn't have stayed as long as i did.
What I dislike about the company
there is too much favoritism, no structure, a very high turn around of employees and management. I had 4 managers in the 3 years i was there.
