The people were nice,and the products amd employee discounts were great.
Support from management
I had some support from managers when it came to work. However with the understanding of certain things it was not always easy.
Great team work within my team I was ever on.
Freedom to work independently
I always had to be under someomes supervision. I Was one of the top enployees never caused trouble,did what I was suppose to,and worked extremely well alone.
One manager will say one thing and the suprrvisor another not enough clear communication which them looks bad on you and can even get in trouble for it.. I also was mot compensated for a week that I was assured i would when I saw I wasmt I was told she made a mistake ams it was never rectified. That is a huge mistake to be making.
Attitude towards older colleagues
The attitude could have been better however it may also determime what manager you get.
Overall compensation for your work
I was there 2yrs. Won to attend annual banquet for top collectors each yr. And No raise of any kind or additional perks.

Great incentive games
The hours worked for me. And was easy to balance.
New management fired alot of great employees who cleared alot of accts for conns and put in alot of hours there.
Suggestions for improvement
- All managers need to be on the same page AND supervisors. When something changes make sure your employees know. Do more for those who have been there years who have brought money amd hard earned hours in to the company
What I like about the company
I love the games and drawings for imcentives for the employees especially during the holidays.
What I dislike about the company
The lack of appreciation throughout the years for top employees. Its not an easy job and that would help people to keep going.
