Conn's carries a very dysfunctional organizational culture.
Support from management
Due to a lack of ambiguous policies, proper and professional training, procedures and the inconsistent application and enforcement of both, customers are mistreated and misinformed by store retail associates. Of which has been consistently reported with no substantial results. Collection agents suffer with unrealistic quotes. Managers are held accountable for duties that are beyond the realm of a normal production manager. Continuous changes that are trained however not practiced throughout all of Conn’s Call Centers and a plethora of system issues all resulting in discreditable outcomes and chaos.
