I dislike about the employer
This company is poorly managed with no long term goals. There is rampant micromanaging by company executives down to first and second tier management. There is no loyalty whatsoever and the company continually cut well-qualified, experienced employees as a way to improve short term goals. This company utilizes the old boy network so there is never any change in the executives or management. The same employees receive the highest performance ratings in a forced ranking performance management system. Due to bugetary restrictions many lower level employees were never challenged professionally and were stuck in stagnant jobs with no continuing education allowed. Managers are frequently rewarded with monetary perks for a job well-done yet the employees who assisted the managers in the project are never recognized for their hard work and overlooked for their contributions.
Office location is a plus for most employees, great benefits, and casual dress allowed
