Employees are intimidated, belittled, denigrated, and demoralized. We are to the point that we are hoping to be the one that gets terminated that Friday.
Support from management
Upper management does not set realistic goals. Upper management blames the employees for their shortcomings and takes no responsibility for their ineffective management skills or lack there of.
Employees are encouraged to turn on each other in order to gain favor with upper management.
