No one welcomes new employees and is stand-offish

It is absolutely clear that there needs to be more supervisors available to help newer employees.
Not at all. Other employees are not trained in areas, in which they pass off calls from other state call centers to this particular center.
Level of Autonomy
We work too independently after training and forgotten, that's the problem.
