Support from management
The management at the Tempe office is somewhat unapproachable. Even though there is a written "Open Door" policy, it would definitely benefit employees if management was more proactive in making employees feel comfortable speaking or sharing insight with them.
Suggestions for improvement
- Be more open about concerns and changes as management becomes aware they should let the employees be aware instead of always having the element of an unpleasant surprise.
What I like about the company
The benefits package is PHENOMENAL!
What I dislike about the company
I don't like that when changes come about, they go into effect without almost not warning, often times on the day they have announced the changes they are effective immediately. These changes most of the time affect employees pay or bo us opportunities. I also do not like the constant changing of schedules and shift bids.
