I dislike about the employer
The leadership team does not listen to employees. Morale is extremely low as is evidenced by high turnover. Managers and supervisors engage in bullying tactics. If you stand up for yourself in an appropriate way they try to negatively impact your work environment and personnel record. The office culture is strained due to leadership attitudes and unethical business practices.
