Suggestions for improvement
- I would add discipline for hygiene. Also, find program coordinators whose firm but helpful to those actually out in the field.
What I like about the company
They were very flexible and you were able to advance rather quickly.
What I dislike about the company
I disapprove of the changes and the way things are handled from the high office personnel without the onsite managers approval or say so. Supervisors weren't backed up with their decisions and couldn't depend on office personnel to have their backs.
