They play favorites and ignore concerns from newer empolyees
People who have been there longer believe they do not have to do anything but get by and have the newer employees do almost everything.
Some reps did not note anything ion accounts which caused miscommunication to clients.
Office / Work Environment
Employees who have been there a long time do not help and do not care about helping them. They act as if still in high school.
Suggestions for improvement
- They need a better system as well as a full staff. They can not play favorites. Only because someone has been there longer does not mean its okay for them to treat others like they aren't worth anything and it also doesn't mean they are always right.
