You get back what you put into it.
Everyone has a common goal and is pretty much easy going.
Freedom to work independently
No favoritism just sometimes you need a certain number of each to do searches. And the bigger guys tend to get picked for guarding the stage, for obvious reasons.
Attitude towards older colleagues
All ages are employed.
It tapers off for most, after being guard carded.
Overall compensation for your work
It's higher pay when you become guard carded, and more opportunities to work are available.
Office / Work Environment
Doesn't apply really, only on occasion do you end up in the office.
Everyone usually enjoys working and at certain venues you see certain people that you don't see all the time.
You choose what jobs you will work, so it fits in to anyone's existing schedule.
We are often working the same venue as other security companies, and I never wish I was part of some other company rather than at CSC.
Plenty of part-time work.
I've seen someone who was temporarily handicapped like a cast or something but not if you can't be on your feet the whole shift.
They always try to be accommodating especially if the outside conditions are harsh. Like providing jackets, rain ponchos or hand warmers.
Not too difficult, but each venue has it's own requirements.
Inclusive / Diverse
The jobs may be similar but the experience is always different.
Suggestions for improvement
- The only thing that bugs me is they don't have direct deposit option, for getting your paycheck.
What I like about the company
I like the variety of jobs and the fact you choose how often you want to work.
What I dislike about the company
The overall issues experienced at Coachella like camping and passes when working out there.
